Congratula­tions on taking the Isowhey 8-Week Challenge! What were your reasons for joining?

I have heard Isowhey gives you great results and the products sound amazing. I also love the idea of doing a group challenge as it will help keep me motivated.

What is your main goal?

To lose weight and help build healthy habits.

What is it about the Isowhey program that stood out to you?

The products – Isowhey has an amazing range that includes key elements that I try to use on a daily basis, such as collagen, MCTS (medium-chain triglyceri­des) and there are plant-based alternativ­es, but all the shakes are low in lactose.

What will your exercise routine look like over the next 8 weeks?

I will walk three times a day, but by the end of the challenge I would like to go back to doing HIIT training and yoga, and be able to run 5km.
