The ex-wife of NRL legend Andrew Johns is preparing to dish the details about their marriage in a new tell-all. Cathrine Mahoney, who split from Andrew 7 years ago, recently confirmed that her memoir, Currently Between Husbands, will address the high-profile separation. “Andrew has been a huge influence on my life and so of course in writing a slice-of-life memoir, there are stories about our time together,”

Cathrine revealed while announcing the tome.

She added that the book has been written from the perspective of hindsight and was therefore “very different to what it would have been if I wrote it when we first broke up”. Cathrine and Newcastle Knights hero Andrew share a son, Louis. Prior to their relationship, Andrew had another son, Sam, from his first marriage.
