Somebody catch this falling star! Katie Holmes made a fashion faux pas as she left a New York Fashion Week event on February 12 – by stacking it outside the venue! The Dawson’s Creek actress fell as she tried navigating the cobbled street in her high heels. Thankfully, Katie wasn’t injured and managed to avoid getting any dirt on her white ensemble, too. Phew!
