Victoria, Crown Princess of Sweden and her husband Prince Daniel issued a rare public statement slamming rumours that their marriage is in crisis. Posting to Instagram, the couple said the stories were “completely unfounded”.

“In normal cases, we do not comment on rumours and speculation. But in order to protect our family, we want to make it clear, once and for all, the rumours that are now spreading are completely unfounded,” they penned.

The couple tied the knot in June 2010, and have two kids, Estelle and Oscar.
