CHICKEN RUB IN A BAG

For a mess-free chicken rub, place your own favourite blend of spices or packet spice mix in a large snaplock bag. Add a little cornflour or plain white flour. Seal bag, then shake around to combine. Just before cooking, add chicken wings or pieces to the bag. Seal bag and then shake until well coated in mix.
