Caramilk Martini

Serves 4, Prep 10 mins

1½ x 180g blocks

Caramilk chocolate

²⁄³ cup pure cream

¹⁄³ cup vodka

½ cup Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur 2 cups crushed ice

1 Chop one block of the chocolate into pieces. Place in a microwave-safe bowl with cream. Microwave on High (100%), stirring every 15 seconds, for about 40 to 50 seconds, or until melted. Remove. Cool for 5 minutes.

2 Microwave half the remaining chocolate in a separate microwaves­afe bowl, stirring every 10 seconds, for about 30 seconds, or until melted. Pour onto a saucer.

3 One at a time, dip the rims of four martini glasses into the saucer of chocolate.

4 Make chocolate curls from remaining piece of chocolate by dragging a vegetable peeler down one narrow side.

5 Combine vodka, liqueur and chocolate mixture in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

6 To serve, place ice in prepared glasses. Divide cocktail evenly over ice. Sprinkle with chocolate curls.
