Just hours before his own death, Shane Warne was mourning the passing of his cricket hero, Rod Marsh, who died the morning of March 4, aged 74, following a heart attack. “Sad to hear the news that Rod Marsh has passed,” he penned. “He was a legend of our great game and an inspiration to so many young boys and girls. Rod cared deeply about cricket and gave so much – especially to Australia and England.”
