The singer posed in oversized sunglasses, and opted for a blackand-white ensemble featuring a jumper and pants tucked into boots. Her followers were quick to question her unusual appearance.

“Omg, is that Jessica Simpson? What happened,” commented one, while others simply asked: “Are you OK?”

Now, the blonde beauty has raised concerns yet again when she was spotted out with dramatically puffier lips than usual. Her new pout certainly has onlookers questioning what she’s done to her visage.
