Ollie Owl Rice Cake Snacks

Serves 4, Prep 30 mins

1 x 5mm-thick slice

rockmelon, trimmed 2 large Packham pears

(250g each)

½ lemon

½ cup smooth peanut butter 8 original rice cakes 1 banana, sliced 16 blueberrie­s

1 cup Honey Nut Cornflakes

1 To make owls, cut rockmelon into small triangles for noses. Use a mandoline to cut unpeeled pears, lengthways into 5mm-thick slices. Rub lemon over both sides of pear slices. Cut slices in half lengthways for wings.

2 Spread 3 tsps of peanut butter over one side of each rice cake. Place two pieces of pear on either side for wings, with the wide end at the top.

3 Place 2 banana slices on each rice cake for eyes. Secure blueberrie­s to bananas with peanut butter for pupils.

4 Spread Cornflakes down the centre of rice cakes for feathers. Place a rockmelon triangle between eyes for the nose.
