A NEW STAR COUPLING HAS TENSIONS SIMMERING OVER

There’s a bizarre new rivalry said to be unfolding between Martha Stewart and Kelly Clarkson – and it’s all because of rapper, Snoop Dogg!

Martha, 80, is believed to be irate that her TV cooking partner and buddy Snoop is co-hosting a new show, American Song Contest, with Kelly, 40.

“Martha doesn’t like it one bit,” spills an insider.

According to the source, the news is just the latest in a long line of misgivings between Martha and former American Idol winner Kelly, who’ve reportedly always had a frosty relationship. Martha and Kelly “tolerated each other before”, but would also “roll their eyes behind each other’s backs”.

However, the niceties ended once the singer launched her furniture line, Kelly Clarkson Home, which Martha viewed as competitive to her own signature products. As a result, the domestic queen openly questioned the validity of Kelly’s launch, sniping that “the girl can’t even bake biscuits”.

“Now their dislike has reached new heights because Kelly’s collaborating with Snoop,” adds the insider.

But according to sources, Kelly believes Martha’s reaction is simply a case of “jealousy”.

“Kelly attributes Martha’s attitude to jealousy and calls Stewart a ‘has-been’ behind her back,” says the source.

Martha’s feelings were cast aside as Kelly got chummy with pal, Snoop.

The friends worked together on the cooking show, Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party.
