Hawaiian Pizza Wedges

Serves 4, Prep and Cook 55 mins

750g packet frozen

potato wedges

¾ cup Napoletana

pasta sauce

1 cup grated pizza cheese 50g shaved ham, chopped ½ red capsicum, chopped 227g can pineapple

pieces, drained

1 Place wedges in a single layer on a large pizza tray lined with baking paper.

2 Cook in a hot oven (200C) for 30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden. Remove.

3 Spoon sauce over wedges. Scatter with cheese, ham, capsicum and pineapple. Return to same hot oven.

4 Cook for a further

15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

5 Serve with sliced green spring onions and sriracha chilli sauce (optional).
