After a 13-year hiatus from the big screen, Meg will star and direct What Happens Later. As for who is playing the all-important on-screen love interest opposite the 60-year-old actress? It’s none other than The X-files heartthrob, David Duchovny!
According to movie insiders, the new rom-com is about two exes who find themselves reunited at a snowed-in airport decades after they broke up.
Like Julia, Meg was deemed ‘America’s sweetheart’ after appearing in a string of romantic fare, including When Harry Met Sally and Sleepless in Seattle.
