GREY’S STARS NO BAD BLOOD
Ellen Pompeo says former co-star Katherine Heigl was “100 per cent right” when she called out the horrendous hours they were forced to put in on Grey’s Anatomy.
In 2009, Katherine was labelled “difficult” when she said the show’s filming schedule was “cruel and mean”. She left shortly afterwards, but faced several career setbacks due to her reported diva behaviour.
“Had she said that today, she’d be a complete hero,” Ellen said. “But she’s ahead of her time. She made a statement about our crazy hours and, of course, let’s slam a woman and call her ungrateful.”
