RUSHED TO HOSPITAL
The Bold and The Beautiful favourite Katherine Kelly Lang underwent emergency surgery on her foot after a scary horseriding accident that happened on Mother’s Day.
“At the bottom of the trail I tripped on a rock and my left foot took a pounding,” Katherine, 60, explained in a video posted to her Instagram. “My ankle and foot dislocated off to the left at a 90-degree angle to my leg. I pushed it back into place. It was so gross, but I had to do it.”
The legendary soap star was rushed to hospital and immediately underwent surgery when an X-ray confirmed she’d broken three bones in her ankle.
In spite of the injury, the star said she still planned “to go to work later this week “and hopes “to heal quick so I can do all the things I love to do”.
