S’mores Cake

Serves 6, Prep and Cook 35 mins

3 eggs

1 cup Nutella

½ cup packet self-raising flour

150g packet marshmallo­ws – pink and white

1 Grease an ovenproof pie dish

(6-cup capacity).

2 Beat eggs in small bowl with an electric mixer for 4 minutes, or until tripled in size. Beat in Nutella until combined. Add flour. Beat until just combined. Spread into prepared dish. Smooth over top.

3 Cook in a moderate oven (180C) for 20 minutes, or until firm to touch. Remove from oven. Top with marshmallo­ws. Return to oven. Cook for a further 5 to 7 minutes, or until marshmallo­ws are melted.

4 Remove cake and stand in dish for about 15 minutes before serving.
