DELTA’S SHOCK MOVE WHY SHE’S LEAVING OZ!

BORN TO TRY AGAIN, DELTA HEADS BACK TO AMERICA

-

Look out, America – Delta Goodrem is making a comeback! With a two-decade career as a successful singer and songwriter – as well as an eight-season stint coaching on The Voice – Delta has long been one of our biggest stars. But she’s now saying goodbye to our shores in an attempt to make it big in Hollywood again.

Taking to Instagram, Delta, 37, announced she will be performing at Bottlerock Napa Valley, a music, food and wine festival in California’s famed wine region, on May 28.

“Here we go,” the singer wrote. “So excited to perform for you all.”

Many of Delta’s American fans were overjoyed by the announcement, with one even pleading for her to do some shows in Los Angeles too.

It’s not the first time Delta has attempted to emulate the huge success she’s achieved in Australia over in America.

In 2005, two years after releasing her debut album, Innocent Eyes, to great acclaim, Delta moved to New York City to relaunch her music career in the States. She even appeared in two episodes of the shortlived Fox series North Shore

to help with exposure.

She then relocated to Hollywood for a few years. During that time she enjoyed varying degrees of professional success, but became more known in the States for her 10-month fling with pop star Nick Jonas.
