Simon Baker is moving on with his life – right into a new beachside bachelor pad! The star of The Mentalist has reportedly purchased a $6 million home in Sydney’s Bondi Beach following his divorce from wife of 29 years, Rebecca Rigg. The former couple, who share three children, had previously sold their three-bedroom home in nearby Bronte for almost $17 million.
And it seems Simon, 52, and his youngest son Harry have already made themselves at home in the world-famous coastal suburb. The pair were recently spotted enjoying a father-son outing on the shores of Bondi.
Meanwhile, Simon’s new digs in the area will see him living in a three-bedroom cottage, which is set among lush tropical gardens and boasts ocean views from the loft office.
The property also features an outdoor entertaining space, which was a likely drawcard as the Hollywood star begins his next chapter.
Simon was briefly linked to activewear designer and influencer Laura May Gibbs after his split from Rebecca was made public in January 2021. However, his rep confirmed they’d gone their separate ways last November.
