The mirror you mention is called a Bagua mirror, and ironically, facing it towards your neighbour could be making things worse. They can reflect the negative energy back, doubling the intensity, so I would take it down. Your chart shows potential power struggles until December, so unless you’re up for a stoush, I would lie low until then. Tensions should ease after that, and if you’re lucky, they might even move.
