f you’re in the market for something a little different that’s sure to give you a smile from ear to ear every time you get behind the wheel, then look no further.

This 2016 Sylva Phoenix is fully road legal and certified. The fibreglass Sylva Phoenix body was imported from the UK and vinyl wrapped in matt silver and red. The chassis was built by Mark from Mcgregor Motorsport and boasts Lotus Seven replica design, Gaz adjustable inboard suspension, and Gaz shock absorbers. The car also features fully homologated roll protection and comes with a competition logbook.

Power is supplied courtesy of a 2004 Honda Accord Euro K24A3 motor, complete with Rotrex C30-94 supercharger, Type R intake cam, AEM computer, 650cc injectors, custom-made Prototype headers (US), and Accusump oil system. A W58 Supra gearbox and Subaru Suretrac limited-slip differential (LSD) (4.1-ratio) finish off the rest of the drivetrain. The performance dyno sheet shows 303kw at the rear wheels at 6600rpm.

Two sets of wheels and tyres — new Yokohama AD08R 205x50x15s and a used set of Nitto semi-slicks — are also included.

Other spare parts are also available by negotiation, such as a custom-built trailer, spare K24A3 motor, new dry-sump pump and drive, spare 4.44-ratio Suretrac LSD, Tilton twin-plate clutch, Tilton Honda flywheel, four-into-two-into-one exhaust headers, and a selection of springs.

This car drives like a Honda Accord until you put your foot down and is the ideal track-day toy.

The asking price is $35K. Anyone interested can contact Evan on 021 797 196.
