Free footy fun for fam­i­lies


WEST Perth Foot­ball Club’s zoned re­gion, the Fal­cons District, cov­ers Hil­larys in the south to Two Rocks in the north and em­braces one of the state’s largest mul­ti­cul­tural and mi­grant com­mu­ni­ties.

To cel­e­brate its di­ver­sity, West Perth will host the 8th an­nual In­ter­na­tional Round against Su­bi­aco on Satur­day, June 30.

It is reach­ing out to lo­cal school chil­dren and their fam­i­lies, of­fer­ing free en­try, a great day out at the footy and a host of en­ter­tain­ment.

To en­cour­age par­tic­i­pa­tion, Fal­cons District staff have vis­ited more than 30 schools, with about 30,000 lo­cal pri­mary school stu­dents given free fam­ily tick­ets.

The day will con­sist of the WAFL re­serves match, fol­lowed by an in­ter­na­tional footy ex­hi­bi­tion game be­tween the Ed­mund Rice Cen­tre Fe­male Foot­ball Academy and Ocean Ridge Ju­nior Foot­ball Club, be­fore the league match at 2.40pm.
