Honey and or­ange chicken drum­sticks

Prepa­ra­tion 15 min­utes Cook­ing 35 min­utes Serves 4 In­gre­di­ents 8 chicken drum­sticks

1⁄3 cup soy sauce 2 tbsp honey Juice of 2 navel or­anges 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce 1 tsp fresh gin­ger, grated 2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted Green beans and cous­cous to serve Method Place chicken into a shal­low rec­tan­gu­lar bak­ing dish. Pre­heat oven to 200C. Com­bine soy sauce, honey, or­ange juice, sweet chilli sauce and grated gin­ger in a mi­crowave-safe con­tainer. Mi­crowave on medium for 5 min­utes, stir­ring af­ter each minute. Pour sauce over chicken and bake un­cov­ered for 30 min­utes. Serve with cous­cous and green beans, sprin­kled with toasted sesame seeds.
