Prepa­ra­tion 5 min­utes Cook­ing nil Serves 6 In­gre­di­ents 1 av­o­cado, roughly chopped 2 tbsp re­duced fat may­on­naise ½ tsp wasabi paste 12 cooked prawns, peeled and tail left on 6 slices pumper­nickel bread cut into 4cm rounds 12 pieces pick­led ginger Dill sprigs Method

Mash to­gether av­o­cado, may­on­naise and wasabi. Place a dol­lop of av­o­cado mix­ture on each round, top with a prawn and gar­nish with ginger.
