Cherry and chorizo tapas
Combine casual Mediterranean spirit with fresh tasty cherries to enjoy this special summer treat. Preparation 10 minutes Cooking 5 minutes Serves 2 Ingredients
2 chorizo sausages 1 clove garlic, crushed 2 tsp olive oil 1 tsp finely diced lemon rind 1 tbsp finely chopped continental parsley 200g freshly pitted cherries (seeds removed) Method Cut the sausages into 1cm-thick slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently cook the sausages until crisp on both sides. When the sausages are cooked, add garlic, cherries, lemon rind and parsley. Quickly cook, stirring constantly. Serve immediately with slices of thick bread, a fresh crisp green salad with tomato wedges and other tapas dishes.
