We can see why the crowd voted for this shot by Dean Wright. Not only is the location eye-catching, but it shows Dean has the technical ability to capture such a well-balanced, well-exposed shot filled with so much detail while not showing the classic errors of low-light photography such as shapeless light sources or noise.
