The Kaiser R90 is simple and effective, its adjustable constant output literally giving you a ‘what you see is what you get’ lighting source. The Nikon system is more technical and fiddly, but has greater power and versatility for creating advanced lighting effects. An extra bonus is that it works so well with Nikon’s range of Creative Lighting System flashguns. Ultimately, it’s the better option.
