When you are editing a filter, you can save combinations of settings that you like as presets, then re-open the filter later and choose a preset.
Search Filters
With thousands of effects to choose from, this simple search box can save you a lot of time when you’re looking for the perfect filter.
before & after
When you are looking at different filters or presets, this window gives you Before and After versions so you can instantly see the effect each filter has.
Filter library
If the 5900 effects in Filter Forge 7 aren’t enough, you can choose from thousands more when you visit the online Filter Library.
apply
If you use Filter Forge as a plug-in, this button reads ‘Apply’ and returns the processed image back to Photoshop, ready to keep working on…
Filter editor
Click here to access the powerful Filter Forge Editor (see below). Alternatively, use the Settings tab (next to Presets) for simple tweaks.
Save image as
…If you use Filter Forge as a stand-alone application, this button reads ‘Save Image As’ and saves the image as a file you can open later.
