PRO KIT NODAL SLIDE
Trudy says… A nodal slide is a good accompaniment to a levelling base. It allows you to slide your camera backwards at varying intervals, so when you pan you are pivoting beneath the lens and not the camera body. This helps you capture a more consistent panoramic sequence by reducing an effect called parallax. The optimum position on a lens in which to pivot from is its nodal point, hence the term nodal slide.
