Make a shadow
Highlight the cutout layer then click the New Layer icon to add an empty layer above it. Grab the Brush tool and paint a thick black line over the legs where they meet the camera. Go to Filter>blur>gaussian Blur and set a high amount to blur the shadow. If it’s too strong, lower the layer opacity.
