The Curves command has more depth to it than any other tonal tool in Photoshop. Here, we’ve used it to colour-match our images so that they look like they belong in the same scene. This is done using the midpoint eyedropper in the Curves settings, which lets you sample a point to colour-correct to neutral (like White Balance in Camera Raw/ Lightroom). As well as correcting colours, we can use Curves to lighten, darken or boost contrast. We can also affect the white and black points by dragging the top and bottom of the line in to the centre.
