Match the colours
Highlight the bottom layer, then add a Curves adjustment layer. Click on the midpoint eyedropper and click on the snow. Next, highlight the top layer. Add another Curves layer and click the ‘clip to layer’ icon. Sample the snow, then drag the top of the diagonal line down, like so.
