Louise says… When I started taking self-portraits I didn’t know where to put my hands. Props are a great way to keep your hands busy, and they also add character and narrative to your images. Outfits are very important. I try to match the style and colours to the scene I’m shooting. If you’re doing a day-long shoot, a couple of changes of outfit will keep each image looking fresh.
