Feeding time

When putting up feeders for garden birds try to use multiple foods to encourage species diversity. Start with peanuts, as they bring in a variety of birds. Dried mealworms can be a great addition to your feed, giving an ideal foodstuff for hiding in old stumps or in longer grass for blackbirds and thrushes.
