JPEG or Raw?

Many sports photographers traditionally shoot JPEG due to the camera processing the images so they’re instantly ready to upload, but for the past 10 years I have exclusively shot Raw so that the images can be fine-tuned to show the picture in the best way possible. I would only shoot JPEG if we have a very bad internet connection.
