Slow and steady
Slow, deliberate movements in a single direction are the order of the day. You don’t need to move your camera particularly quickly to capture a decent range of movement. If shooting along a path, it’s best to stand still and just swing your camera in the direction of the walkway with your arms, rather than walking down it.
