Stress relief

I want to say how interesting the Forkin’ fantastic abstracts article was in the February issue (N-photo 120). I experimented with images using plastic and polarizing filters. I found hard plastics to be the best and it’s surprising how objects take on a new appearance. I entered a few shots in my local club’s panel competition. The judge commented that I should have kept the ISO low to reduce noise (he was right), but nevertheless commended the image.

I also appreciated the answer to Ian Douglas’s letter in the same issue about Photocrowd. I entered one for N-photo a couple of months ago and discovered that Photocrowd gave me a new outlet to upload photos. Nicholas Flores
