Expert Tip
The Adjustment Brush is the absolute best tool you can find in Photoshop and Lightroom for making local adjustments to your photographs, but to get the most out of it you need to know a few keyboard shortcuts. Press the ] and [ keys to resize the brush, or hold Shift with ] and [ to alter the brush hardness. Hold Shift and click two points to paint in a straight line between them. Hit Y to toggle the Mask Overlay off or on (or press O in Lightroom). Hold Alt to switch to the eraser tool and paint to remove parts of the mask if you think that you need to.
