FOG ON THE PRAIRIE

Rattlesnake-master and prairie blazing star in the private, experimental prairie garden of leading garden designer Tom Stuartsmith. No fog was forecast, so it took me by surprise! Thankfully, the warm September light soon broke through in patches to highlight the magnificent planting.
