Wrap up warm!

It’s important that we take care of ourselves in cold environments, and when we photograph wildlife we can be left static for prolonged periods of time. Be sure to layer up with appropriate clothing and base layers, and use good gloves. Much of our body heat is actually lost from the feet and the back of our neck, so good shoes and socks, as well as a good scarf or snood, will help a great deal.
