Drop in the wreath
Go File>new and choose an A4 template. Set Background contents: White and hit OK. Download the wreath image (search for 3005547 on www.pixabay.com). Drag it into the document and resize to fit. Click the FX icon and choose Drop Shadow, using the settings shown.
