“There were lots of clouds about, and it was very windy, so the sunlight came and went. Pro Jeremy Walker told me to wait for direct sunlight to fall on the building and make the scene high-contrast, so I waited until there was a gap in the clouds before taking this shot. I think the harsh light complements the sharp, straight lines in the woodwork.”
