SMOKE DANCER
Photoshop’s Liquify tool was used to morph several smoke photos into the shape of a dancer. I often find this image on Pinterest – it’s always gratifying to know that other creatives are inspired by your work.
MIRROR MAZE
The most satisfying images are those that showcase great photography and editing. For this image I shot a circular mirror in dozens of positions around a field and dug a shallow hole for my subject to dip his toes in, before combining everything in post.
UNDERWATER
For me, lighting a portrait is the most satisfying photographic skill (and one that took a long time to learn). It’s even more of a challenge when photographing underwater so I’m pleased with how this came out, especially as I had to make do with a couple of Speedlights sealed in watertight bags.
