Aussie angels help expose Victoria’s Secret in New York
THE secret is out, with this year’s contingent of angels unveiling the latest lingerie looks in a sexy, star-studded catwalk in New York last night.
Dubbed the most-watched fashion event on the planet, the Victoria’s Secret show featured some of the world’s toppaid models – including Kendall Jenner and sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid strutting their stuff.
The field of 60 models also included five Australians this year, Kelly Gale, 23, Shanina Shaik, 27, Duckie Thot, 22, Subah Koj, 21, and 18-year-old Alannah Walton and Kiwi model Georgia Fowler.
Jenner, the world’s highestpaid supermodel, said her post-runway reward meal would consist of a huge bowl of pasta, meatballs and cheese.
Bella, 22, described the show – her third for the lingerie giant – as “huge”.
“It’s a very emotional show. It’s really beautiful,” she said.
The parade will be televised in early December and is expected to be watched by an audience of over a billion people.
