We can go on and on about how Ti­tanic’s lead­ing man Jack should’ve been alive to­day, had it not been for Rose (aka Kate Winslet) hog­ging all the space on that damn float­ing door. Yep, de­spite say­ing she’d “never let go”, she did – and he died! And now, a stag­ger­ing 20 years later, we still haven’t for­given her.

“I agree. I lie. I fully lie. I hold my hand up, I let him go... [But] he just should’ve tried harder to get on that door. I think he would have [got on],” Kate joked on The late Show with stephen col­bert re­cently.

To prove her point, Stephen and Kate then re-en­acted the fa­mous 1997 movie scene, with the talk show host play­ing the role of Leonardo Dicaprio’s Jack. And whatta you know, they both fit. Case closed!

But we’re just lucky Kate and Leo were ever even a thing, with Kate re­veal­ing she did her Ti­tanic au­di­tion op­po­site Matthew Mcconaughey as Jack. Mind blown!
