Laura & Matty’s day on a plate

NW - - Body Blitz -

Break­fast L: “I al­ways start my day with a sweet cap­puc­cino and toast with av­o­cado!” M: “Por­ridge with straw­ber­ries and ba­nana.”

Lunch L: “I love chicken salad with green veg.” M: “At mid­day I’ll have a tuna and salad sand­wich on mixed grain bread.”

Af­ter­noon meal M: “I’ll have some sort of pro­tein, li­kee steak, salmon or chicken, and veg­eta­bles.”

Af­ter­noon snack L: “I’ll have some­thing naughty around­ndd 3pm – maybe some cook­ies and a cup of tea.” M: If I’m still want­ing a snack af­ter my sec­ond meal, I’ll haveavea ei­ther al­monds, fruit, pro­tein balls or ba­nana bread.”

Din­ner L: “Al­ways some­thing healthy, like pho.” M: “I have four meals a day, so again steak, fish or chicken with veg­gies.”

Dessert L: “A scoop of ice cream – it’s so hard when you’re in a re­la­tion­ship, be­cause the guy al­ways eats so much more than the girl!”
