He was ar­rested and charged with as­sault fol­low­ing an al­ter­ca­tion over a park­ing space re­cently, and now Alec Bald­win is be­ing urged to seek help for his anger is­sues.

“Friends are beg­ging him to seek pro­fes­sional help to save him­self and his ca­reer,” a source tells Globe. “Some anger man­age­ment and coun­selling would re­ally do him good.”

It’s not just the 60-year-old’s act­ing ca­reer that could suf­fer, with fears the drama will bleed into his home life with wife Hi­laria, 34, too.

“His anger is­sues have put a tremen­dous strain on his mar­riage,” a source tells the Na­tional En­quirer, adding that Hi­laria asked Alec “to move out” af­ter his lat­est melt­down.

A day af­ter the bust-up, he was spied alone in East Hamp­ton, be­fore re­turn­ing to stay in a sep­a­rate apart­ment. The fol­low­ing day Hils was seen pil­ing their four kids – Car­men, five, Rafael, three, Leonardo, two, and five-month-old Romeo – into a car with­out the star.

Alec has been seen wear­ing a red Kab­balah bracelet, sug­gest­ing he may have turned to the spir­i­tual tra­di­tion to save his mar­riage. “He’s seek­ing help wher­ever he can find it!” the source ex­plains.
