You’d be hard-pressed to find some­one who wouldn’t love the body of a Vic­to­ria’s Se­cret An­gel. Now we know how to get it: from Joe Holder, the fit­ness guru who trains Bella Ha­did and co. “Ex­er­cise and move­ment and food are in­ex­tri­ca­bly linked,” says Joe. “Con­sume less overly-pro­cessed foods, eat within a gen­eral time-re­stricted win­dow (about eight to 12 hours), get enough wa­ter, cut back on sugar and in­crease [phys­i­cal] ac­tiv­ity.”
