NW - - News -

It started off innocently enough. While criss-crossing the US as a stand-up comic in the ’80s, Rosie O’donnell, 56, began collecting Mcdonald’s Happy Meal toys. Soon she was making weekly trips to the restaurants. As years went by and word of her obsession got out, Mcdonald’s itself sent her all of their 101 Dalmatians figurines in 1996, bringing her a level of joy that is, Rosie says, “sort of indescribable”. At last check-in, she had more than 2500 Happy Meal toys.
