AMANDA ADORES TAXIDERMIED ANIMALS

NW - - News -

Mammamma mia mia, indeed! Amanda Seyfried, 33, is keen on critters of all shapes, sizes and stages of life. The actress boasts an assortment of stuffed animals that includes a baby horse named Antoine, an owl named Beatrix, a chickadee named Linda, Linda a deer called Sha’ Dynast – and a miniature zebra that was given to her by Seth Macfarlane, her director on Ted 2. And yes, in case you’re wondering, she does name all of her stuffed animals – though we’re not sure if that makes it more or less creepy. “When taxidermy is done well, it’s an amazing piece of art,” insists the star, who doesn’t view her wild hobby as odd. “I love animals, and they’re very easy to look at when they’re dead.” Mmm- hmm.
