Her su­per­hero hubby Chris Hemsworth is famed for his huge guns, but Elsa Pataky is no slouch when it com comes to a su­per-hot rig ei­ther!

Th The Span­ish beauty and mum mum-of-three is ded­i­cated to eati eat­ing clean and of­ten starts her day with a “su­per-good” deto de­tox juice that com­bines an app ap­ple, a car­rot, some cel­ery and greens and a peeled lemon.

“O “Once it’s done, you add a few tea­spoons of olive oil,” the 42-year-old ac­tress says of her h per­son­alised recipe.

Sh She spends the rest of her day eat­ing foods high in pro­tein and load­ing up on fresh ve­g­ies. But the By­ron Bay lo­cal is all abo about bal­ance and lets her swe sweet tooth take over, too.

“If I could only eat one food food, it would be tarte tatin,” she ad­mits.

Fit­ness is a pri­or­ity for Elsa, who does plenty of HIIT (high­in­ten­sity in­ter­val train­ing) and counts kick­box­ing and yoga as two of her favourite work­outs.

Her trainer, Fer­nando Sar­to­rius, says he chal­lenges the Tide­lands star to visu­alise the mus­cles she’s tar­get­ing dur­ing their sweat ses­sions. “When she’s work­ing a mus­cle, she thinks about how it’s mov­ing, which helps work it harder,” says Fer­nando.

But as a mum to lit­tle ones, find­ing time to ex­er­cise can be a strug­gle for Elsa. So she brings her kids with her – and al­ways makes sure she gets the most out of her work­out.

“When I’m in the gym, I’m fear­less,” says Elsa. “A lot of women are scared to use weights and bulk up – don’t be! Our bod­ies are strong and it’s im­por­tant to take ad­van­tage of that.” Get it, girl!
