Her superhero hubby Chris Hemsworth is famed for his huge guns, but Elsa Pataky is no slouch when it com comes to a super-hot rig either!
Th The Spanish beauty and mum mum-of-three is dedicated to eati eating clean and often starts her day with a “super-good” deto detox juice that combines an app apple, a carrot, some celery and greens and a peeled lemon.
“O “Once it’s done, you add a few teaspoons of olive oil,” the 42-year-old actress says of her h personalised recipe.
Sh She spends the rest of her day eating foods high in protein and loading up on fresh vegies. But the Byron Bay local is all abo about balance and lets her swe sweet tooth take over, too.
“If I could only eat one food food, it would be tarte tatin,” she admits.
Fitness is a priority for Elsa, who does plenty of HIIT (highintensity interval training) and counts kickboxing and yoga as two of her favourite workouts.
Her trainer, Fernando Sartorius, says he challenges the Tidelands star to visualise the muscles she’s targeting during their sweat sessions. “When she’s working a muscle, she thinks about how it’s moving, which helps work it harder,” says Fernando.
But as a mum to little ones, finding time to exercise can be a struggle for Elsa. So she brings her kids with her – and always makes sure she gets the most out of her workout.
“When I’m in the gym, I’m fearless,” says Elsa. “A lot of women are scared to use weights and bulk up – don’t be! Our bodies are strong and it’s important to take advantage of that.” Get it, girl!
