Grant Longley currently has a very cool truck under construction. It’s been in the build for quite a while, but the end is now in sight. The project is a ’58 Chev with a stepside tray and C-notched chassis. A flush-fitting fibreglass deck lid covers what’s going to be a very busy tray. The truck’s ground-scraping stance is thanks to the Air Ride suspension, which sits it very low over hugely dished Boyd Coddington wheels — measuring 20x8 inches up front and 20x10 inches out the back. With a custom tube-frame front clip and a TH400-backed LS1, it’s not all for show. We’re certainly looking forward to seeing more of this neat vehicle!
